Orders shipped to a P.O. Box will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.	We are so confident in the potential for HandyCaps to help improve your game, that we will refund you the price of up to one opened bottle if you don't notice an improvement in your game.

International Orders

International shipments (including Canada) will be via USPS Global Priority Mail. Please be advised that your purchase may be subject to additional fees including but not limited to customs tariffs, duties, brokerage fees, excise and local taxes, or any other charge assessed by the receiving country or carrier. Handy Caps will not be responsible for any of these assessed fees. In the event you elect not to pay assessed fees, you may refuse the shipment. We will credit your account for the returned item upon receipt in original condition less any associated shipping, handling charges, or any fees assessed by the receiving country or carrier for the return postage.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by BULLWATER HEALTH & FITNESS, LLC for a full credit or refund, keeping the following in mind:

1) You should return the item to us within 30 days of receipt.
2) If you are not completely satisfied with Handy Caps, you can return up to 1 opened bottle for a refund
3) Refunds do not cover shipping and handling
4) We will only accept multiple items back if they are sealed.  Multiple open bottles can only be returned if the product is damaged or defective.

We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). If you do not have any questions regarding your return, simply email info@handycapsgolf.com to request a return shipping label. Please include your order number.

If your return is not the result of our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 15 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
